Don Patriciello reacts to ‘Me contro Te’ paid wedding event
Don Maurizio Patriciello, a priest known for his work against youth distress in Caivano, has commented on the recent wedding of the YouTuber duo ‘Me contro Te’, known as Luì and Sofì.
The wedding event was held at the Unipol Arena in Milan and was a sold-out show where spectators paid for tickets to attend. Don Patriciello expressed curiosity and concern regarding the phenomenon, questioning why young people are willing to spend money to participate in such an event and what they find so compelling about these influencers.
He suggested that the event highlights a disconnect between the adult and adolescent worlds, stating that “something has jammed” in the relationship between generations and that adults are failing to speak the same language as the youth.
