BPK Member Bobby Rizaldi Examined by KPK in Muara Enim Audit Bribery Probe

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, a member of Indonesia’s Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), to appear as a witness in the alleged bribery case involving the conditioning of a BPK audit for Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. On 16 July 2026 he was questioned at the KPK’s Red‑White Building in Jakarta from 09:55 to 19:13, after which he said, “Semua sudah disampaikan kepada penyidik” (All information has been given to investigators) and expressed support for the anti‑corruption effort.

Earlier, KPK had raided Rizaldi’s home on 13–14 July, seizing electronic evidence. The agency is now probing whether Rizaldi played a role beyond the five already named suspects – Bupati Edison, two PT Millenium officials, private businessman Augusz Dewanggara, and former BPK team leader Titin Rita Lestari. In parallel, five BPK civil servants were also examined to clarify how audit opinions may have been altered.

KPK officials said the investigation remains ongoing and that further details will be disclosed when permissible, underscoring the broader scrutiny of audit‑related corruption in the region.
