Don Tonino Bello honored with new sacred oratorio

A new sacred oratorio titled ‘Testimone dell'Amore. Il volto di don Tonino Bello’ has been created to honor the memory and legacy of Don Tonino Bello, the former Bishop of Molfetta-Ruvo-Giovinazzo-Terlizzi.

The musical work combines the words of Don Tonino Bello and Don Michele Amorosini with music composed by Nicola Petruzzella. The project also includes the release of a volume by Petruzzella published by Edizioni La Meridiana.

Performances are scheduled at the Diocesan Museum of Molfetta and the church of Santa Maria La Nova in Terlizzi. The production features soloists, a choir, and an orchestra, aiming to reflect themes of service, peace, and fraternity through the figure of the late bishop.
