Donald Trump childhood home in New York sells for $1.93 million

Donald Trump’s childhood home in the Jamaica Estates neighborhood of Queens, New York, has sold for $1.93 million following an extensive renovation. The Tudor-style residence, built in 1940 by Fred Trump, served as the home of the former president until he was four years old.

Prior to the sale, the property had fallen into significant disrepair, suffering from water damage, mold caused by a burst pipe, and an infestation of stray cats. A developer, Tommy Lin, purchased the property last year for $835,000 and invested approximately $500,000 into an eight-month renovation project.

The upgrades transformed the dilapidated building into a modern luxury residence, featuring a professional chef’s kitchen, herringbone wood flooring, and spa-like bathrooms. The identity of the final buyer has not been disclosed.
