Donald Trump denies military interest in Greenland and faces social media backlash

During a campaign rally in Bullhead City, Arizona, Donald Trump addressed previous criticisms regarding his interest in Greenland. He stated that he would never have sent the American military to attack Greenland, responding to claims made by media outlets during his presidency.

Separately, Trump has faced significant backlash on social media following posts on Truth Social. He shared a video depicting the fatal tiger attack of 23-year-old William Chapman at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in England. The footage, which shows the man's final moments after entering a tiger enclosure, drew condemnation from social media users and the victim's family.

Trump also shared clips of lion attacks, which may have been AI-generated, and later posted an edited video in which he appeared to interact with a tiger. These posts follow a pattern of unusual content shared by the former president, including AI-generated images of penguins and previous references to Greenland.
