Donald Trump discusses Iran policy and voting by mail in Time interview

In a recent interview with Time Magazine, President Donald Trump addressed several contentious issues, including the ongoing conflict with Iran. Trump defended his military approach, stating, “Because by annihilating Iran, we’ve created peace in the world,” while noting that he could have ended military operations sooner but chose to pursue further objectives.

The interview also highlighted shifts in the President's stance on election procedures. Despite previous efforts to limit voting by mail through legislation and Supreme Court challenges, Trump released a video urging supporters to utilize all voting methods—including early, absentee, and mail-in ballots—to ensure victory in the 2026 midterm elections. When questioned by reporters regarding this reversal, the President reportedly reacted with frustration.
