Donald Trump dismisses fears of an AI machine rebellion

Donald Trump stated that the development of artificial intelligence will not lead to a ‘machine rebellion.’ Speaking to GB News, the U.S. President expressed confidence that mechanisms will exist to control technology if it becomes a threat, noting, “We will always have something to stop them.”

Trump characterized the impact of AI as globally significant and ultimately positive. While acknowledging potential negative aspects, he argued that the technology will create millions of jobs by generating new businesses. He also highlighted the expansion of infrastructure in the United States, specifically mentioning the construction of “fabulous” data centers that he believes will generate enormous wealth and employment.
