The raw footage appears to show the former president standing at the open door of a Marine One helicopter, gesturing intensely and pointing at someone inside the cockpit for approximately sixteen seconds. Following this exchange, he is seen walking down the steps while ignoring two Marines who were standing at attention and saluting him.
