Donald Trump implements policies to counter Iran and secure Western interests

President Donald Trump has implemented policies aimed at neutralizing Iran's nuclear capabilities and strengthening alignments between Israel and Arab nations. These actions are described as efforts to roll back regional threats and weaken the influence of Russia and China.

Key components of this foreign policy include securing the Panama Canal from Chinese influence, addressing the situation in Venezuela, and the peaceful acquisition of Greenland to protect the Western Hemisphere. A central focus remains the commitment to preventing the Islamic Republic of Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, particularly following the expiration of sunset clauses in the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
