Donald Trump questioned 9/11 official narrative in 2001 interview

In an interview on WWOR on September 11, 2001, Trump questioned how aircraft could penetrate the heavy steel construction of the towers. He cited the massive nature of the buildings, noting the 1993 bombing, and suggested that the collapses were not caused solely by the plane impacts and subsequent fuel fires. He stated, ‘I happen to think that they had not only a plane but they had bombs that exploded almost simultaneously,’ adding that he could not imagine anything being able to penetrate the walls of the WTC.
