Donald Trump Shows Signs of Cognitive Decline, Expert Says

Speech‑language pathologist Hillary Shea told the David Pakman Show that she observes multiple red‑flags in President Donald Trump’s speech and motor behavior. She notes a reduced vocabulary, frequent “glitches” such as shoulder twitches when he misspeaks, and a failure of the frontal lobe to suppress unwanted movements.

She warned that the Montreal Cognitive Assessment score Trump often boasts about is not a reliable indicator of brain health, explaining that even individuals with dementia can score a perfect 30. Shea compared Trump’s decline to a study of former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris, finding Trump’s vocabulary diminished far more sharply.
