Separately, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, led by former Fox News host Jeanine Pirro, has dismissed criminal charges against contractor Davey Hearn and three other individuals, concluding that the observed damage resulted from a botched installation by the contractor hired by the Trump administration. President Trump publicly criticized Pirro for the dismissals, accusing her of “snubbing” him and defending the alleged vandalism narrative.
