Donald Trump’s Approval Drops Among Rural Voters as New Fox News Poll Shows 14‑Point Decline

A Fox News national poll shows President Donald Trump’s overall approval at 39% with 61% disapproval, while 80% of respondents say the country needs major changes. The survey also reveals deep economic concerns, with three‑quarters rating the economy negatively and a majority fearing it will worsen.

In rural areas, approval fell sharply to 44% (56% disapproval), a 14‑point drop from a June poll that recorded 51% approval. The net approval among rural voters is now minus 12, compared with a nationwide net rating of minus 22. The poll indicates a growing Democratic advantage among voters who view the party as better able to manage key issues such as the economy, inflation and health care.
