Donald Trump’s Freedom 250 fair draws sparse crowds as family highlights health concerns

President Donald Trump organised the Freedom 250 Great American State Fair on the National Mall for the nation’s 250th anniversary. The July 4 celebration was plagued by logistical problems, a broken Ferris wheel, weather disruptions and extreme heat, leading to noticeably empty stands. Tiffany Trump posted an Instagram photo of the fair showing the sparse audience, while she and sister‑in‑law Bettina Anderson posed with their spouses amid the low turnout.

At the same time, Trump’s daughter Kai shared images of the president at the White House with his hands visibly bruised and covered in makeup. The White House attributed the marks to the president’s daily aspirin use and age‑related wear, but media reports noted ongoing speculation about his health and cognitive abilities. Together, the family’s social‑media posts highlighted both the fair’s underwhelming attendance and concerns about the president’s physical condition.
