Dong-A Pharmaceutical launches daytime panty-style sanitary pads

Dong-A Pharmaceutical has launched ‘Tempo Color Panty Skin’, a new daytime panty-style sanitary pad under its Tempo brand. The product is designed to be worn naturally during the day, similar to regular underwear, addressing a growing consumer demand for daytime comfort during menstruation.

A consumer survey conducted by Gallup Korea in December 2025 revealed that 65% of users of ‘Tempo Wearable Overnight’ pads had experience wearing them during daytime hours. To cater to this trend, the new product features a skin-colored design and a lightweight ‘Air Fit’ construction.

The product includes 59 pleats for a soft fit, a 46cm long absorption core, and a wide hip cover to ensure stability and absorption during daily activities. The new line will be available through various online channels, including Dmall, Naver Smart Store, Coupang, Olive Young, and Kurly.
