Dong-A Pharmaceutical launches stomach health supplement Wistro

Dong-A Pharmaceutical has launched ‘Wistro’, a new health functional food designed for daily stomach health management. The product features ‘Gastil’ (Artemisia capillaris extract powder), an individually recognized functional ingredient approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for its stomach health benefits.

Clinical studies, including cell, animal, and human application tests on adults with functional dyspepsia, have shown that the core ingredient helps protect the gastric mucosa and significantly improves four key indicators related to gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life compared to a placebo group.

In addition to Gastil, Wistro contains seven nutritional components, including Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Zinc, Folic Acid, Vitamin E, and Selenium. The supplement is intended to be taken once daily with a single tablet. The product is available online through Dong-A Pharmaceutical’s official mall, Dmall.
