Dong Nai police charge suspect in fatal triple murder case

Authorities in Dong Nai have added a charge of illegal use of military weapons against 21-year-old suspect Nguyen Duc Anh. This follows the investigation into a fatal attack in Binh Minh Commune on September 3, which resulted in the deaths of a 36-year-old woman and her two children, aged 11 and 1.

The victim's husband, 40, sustained serious injuries and is receiving treatment at Thong Nhat Dong Nai General Hospital. Investigators report that the suspect entered the residence by climbing onto the roof and breaking into the second floor.

Legal experts have noted that the suspect's method of entry may warrant additional charges regarding the violation of residential sanctity under the Penal Code, as the suspect had no prior relationship with the family and entered the home without permission.
