Dong Nai to subsidize up to 80% of productivity improvement costs

Dong Nai city has introduced a new policy to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), cooperatives, and household businesses in improving productivity and modernization. Under Resolution No. 25/2026/NQ-HĐND, the city will provide non-refundable grants covering up to 80% of contract values for specific activities.

The support focuses on several key areas, including the application of management systems, productivity improvement tools, and product certification. Notably, the policy extends beyond traditional quality standards to include green transformation, smart manufacturing, digital technology applications, and the optimization of corporate management systems.

The Department of Science and Technology will act as the primary agency for communication, reception, and appraisal of support requests. The initiative aims to help local businesses enhance product quality and adapt to modern production models through the 2026-2030 period.
