Dong Thap expressway construction continues through National Day holiday

Construction on two major expressway projects passing through Dong Thap province, the My An - Cao Lanh and Cao Lanh - An Huu expressways, continued through the National Day holiday on September 2 to maintain project schedules.

On the My An - Cao Lanh expressway, hundreds of engineers and workers remained on-site to carry out various tasks, including bridge and roadbed construction. While some tasks involving commercial concrete might face delays due to supplier holidays, other work remains on track. Contractors have ensured that workers receive appropriate wages, bonuses, and benefits in accordance with current regulations.

At the Cao Lanh - An Huu expressway site, contractors are implementing extra shifts to accelerate progress as the project enters a peak phase for completing roadbeds, bridges, culverts, and intelligent transport systems (ITS).
