Dongfeng Motors Philippines launches PROTECH for Nammi and Vigo EVs

Dongfeng Motors Philippines has launched PROTECH, a new aftersales and maintenance initiative designed to enhance the ownership experience for Nammi and Vigo electric vehicle owners.

Under the PROTECH program, current owners of these models will benefit from a revised Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) schedule, with servicing intervals extended to every 18 months or 15,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first. This adjustment aims to reduce maintenance frequency and ownership costs while maintaining vehicle reliability.

New owners will receive a comprehensive package including a 10-year unlimited mileage battery warranty and a 5-year bumper-to-bumper vehicle warranty. Company executives stated that the updated maintenance schedule is based on operational experience to ensure long-term value and customer confidence in electric mobility.
