Dongguk Pharmaceutical volunteers engage children at Lotte World and plant trees in Seoul

On July 24, 27 employees of Dongguk Pharmaceutical’s Insa‑dol Plus Love Volunteer Group visited Lotte World in Seoul with children from the Hyeseimwon child‑welfare facility. The outing provided the children with leisure and cultural experiences and fostered emotional exchange with the staff.

Earlier, on June 26, 16 employees took part in a tree‑planting activity at Noeul Park in Mapo‑gu, using the “Jipssitong” log‑pot program and planting medlar tree seeds to contribute to forest creation and ecological improvement.

The volunteer group, founded in 2014, conducts monthly CSR initiatives that support vulnerable children and environmental projects. Since its inception, the program has involved hundreds of employees, accumulating thousands of volunteer hours, and reflects Dongguk Pharmaceutical’s ongoing ESG commitments.
