Dongo-Garzeno road to implement alternating one-way traffic for sewerage works

The Dongo-Garzeno provincial road in the Province of Como will implement alternating one-way traffic from September 14 to September 25, 2026, due to ongoing sewerage works. The measure, established by ordinance 663 signed by official Fedele Mora, is intended to allow Como Acqua s. r. l. to complete the decommissioning of public sewerage terminals in the Garzeno area and facilitate waste collection at the Gravedona treatment plant.

Traffic will be managed by flaggers between 8:30 and 17:00 on working days in the section between via Fianessa and the Dongo-Catasco road. Additionally, parking and stopping are prohibited throughout the construction site area. These works are part of a broader project to improve the local sewerage network, enhance service sustainability, and reduce pollution risks.
