Doosan Enerbility to develop Trivn Gaheung apartment complex in Yeongju

Doosan Enerbility is introducing its premium residential brand, ‘Trivn’, to the Yeongju housing market with the development of the Trivn Gaheung complex in Gaheung-dong. The project will consist of eight buildings with a maximum height of 29 stories, totaling 765 households. Residential units will include various layouts, specifically 84㎡ (four types) and 113㎡.

The development emphasizes spacious interior designs, featuring 2.6m ceiling heights, 4-bay/4-room structures, and three-sided balconies that can create living rooms approximately 5m wide. Parking facilities are planned at a rate of approximately 1.5 spaces per household, including expanded parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations.

Community amenities will include a fitness center equipped with Matrix equipment, an indoor GDR golf practice range, a premium study cafe, a resident cafe, guest rooms, and a children's water playground. The site is located near Yeongju Gaheung Elementary School, Seonbi Library, and Yeongju Red Cross Hospital, with convenient access to the Jungang Expressway and KTX Yeongju Station.
