DOP Priego de Córdoba promotes olive oil culture at European Researchers' Night

DOP Priego de Córdoba participated in the European Researchers' Night in Córdoba to promote the culture of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). The event, held in collaboration with the University Center for the Development of Olive Oil (CUDAO), featured tastings and educational activities designed to connect scientific research with daily life.

During the session, the organization provided information on olive varieties, production processes, and the specific characteristics of different oils. The initiative also served to promote the municipalities within its territory, including Priego de Córdoba, Almedinilla, Carcabuey, and Fuente-Tójar, highlighting their local tourism and connection to olive cultivation.
