Doppelmayr Canada inaugurates new headquarters in Saint-Jérôme

Doppelmayr Canada has officially opened a new 152,000-square-foot facility in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec. The CA$60 million investment consolidates staff from three older buildings into a single modern plant designed to increase production capacity and operational efficiency.

The project received a $3 million contribution from the Canadian federal government. The new facility will serve as a key hub for the manufacturing and engineering of cable transport solutions, including detachable terminals, drive platforms, and hydraulic systems, specifically targeting the North American market.

During the inauguration, Doppelmayr Canada CEO Luc Guy and Michael Doppelmayr celebrated the expansion, which supports the company’s 49-year history in Canada. The plant aims to meet growing demand in the ski lift and sustainable mobility sectors.
