Dorathi film holds pre-release event ahead of September 25 launch

The pre-release event for the Tamil film ‘Dorathi’ was held ahead of its theatrical release on September 25. Produced by Jio Studios, Chithraaya Entertainment, and Thammam Films, the film is directed by Karthik Subraj and stars Rishikanth, Sananth, and Keerthy Suresh.

During the event, various cast and crew members shared their experiences. Actor Muthupandi expressed gratitude to the director and Keerthy Suresh, while actor Soundararajan praised Subraj’s talent and vision. Art director Kumar noted the filming challenges in locations like Dindigul and Madurai, emphasizing the film's strong visuals.

Actress Jeeva highlighted the film's personal significance, noting it helped her reach an international stage, including the Toronto Film Festival. The production also features music by Ilaiyaraaja.
