Dorfbründl establishment continues community role in Niederschrems

Peter Vogler and Katharina Reif are managing the Dorfbründl in Niederschrems, a local establishment that recently celebrated its tenth anniversary. The venue, located in the Waldviertel region, occupies a building that was formerly a small grocery store and was restored over two years by the Dorf-Leben Niederschrems association.

Operating under the motto “preserve what is proven, dare what is new,” the owners focus on maintaining the community atmosphere through regular free music evenings and traditional food offerings, while also introducing new menu items. The establishment serves as a central meeting point for the local community.
