Dorinda Medley Lists 3.7‑Acre Parcel of Blue Stone Manor Estate for $1.2 Million

Reality‑TV star Dorinda Medley has put a 3.689‑acre portion of her Blue Stone Manor estate in the Berkshires on the market for $1.2 million. The parcel, which includes a private entrance and road, is part of the 1902 Tudor mansion property in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, and offers views of Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York.

Medley said the sale is part of her estate‑planning process. A recent survey revealed the estate actually spans nearly 20 acres across nine lots, far larger than the nine acres she had believed she owned. The listed parcel will allow a buyer to build a new home while remaining surrounded by protected conservation land.
