Doris Ogala reveals marriage ended after multiple miscarriages

Nollywood actress and African Action Congress (AAC) governorship candidate for Abia State, Doris Ogala, has disclosed that her marriage ended in 2022 following more than 10 miscarriages. Speaking on ‘The Clarity Zone’ podcast hosted by Nedu Wazobia, Ogala became emotional while recounting the difficulties she faced during that period.

During the interview, Ogala also addressed her personal history, stating she dated Pastor Chris Okafor, founder of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, between 2017 and 2019 prior to her marriage. The actress has been involved in a public and legal dispute with Okafor regarding their past relationship.

Ogala, who previously served as a Special Adviser, is running for governor in the 2027 election. Her platform focuses on improving healthcare, education, infrastructure, and job creation in Abia State, where she is expected to challenge incumbent Governor Alex Otti.
