Dorit and PK Kemsley escalate divorce battle over custody and finances
The divorce proceedings between Dorit Kemsley and Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley have intensified following new court filings involving child custody and financial disputes. PK Kemsley has alleged that Dorit controls access to their two children, Jagger and Phoenix, claiming she has denied him time on Father’s Day in both 2025 and 2026 and often leaves the children with nannies or grandparents rather than allowing him to care for them.
Financial disagreements remain a central component of the legal battle. Dorit Kemsley has requested more than $40,000 per month in child and spousal support. Conversely, PK’s accountant has proposed a child support payment of $581. Court documents reveal PK earns approximately $1.3 million annually, while specific details regarding Dorit’s income were redacted.
The filings also highlight significant spending by both parties. Reports indicate PK spent roughly $1.9 million between April 2024 and March 2026, while Dorit reportedly spent $435,000 on clothing and jewelry and at least $56,000 on travel during the same period.
