Dorit Kemsley’s Beverly Hills Home Foreclosure Delayed to July 14 2026

Reality‑TV star Dorit Kemsley, known from *The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills*, is fighting foreclosure on her $6.5 million Encino mansion. Court filings show the original foreclosure auction scheduled for July 7, 2026 has been postponed again, this time to July 14, 2026. The delay was attributed to Kemsley’s travel plans for her 50th birthday, according to attorney Ronald Richards, who has posted updates on social media.

Estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley has made emergency payments and is negotiating with lenders, while the trustees and borrowers listed in the filing include TD Specialists and Aldon Road LLC. Lenders say they are working to avoid a sale, but the property remains at risk until the new court date.

The ongoing legal battle has drawn extensive public commentary, with critics questioning the ability to postpone court proceedings for a birthday celebration. Kemsley has not publicly responded to the latest claims.
