Dormitory students in Aydın participate in cultural excursions

Students residing in the Meryem Yazıcıoğlu and Berin Menderes dormitories, managed by the Aydın Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, participated in a series of cultural trips designed to foster social integration and local awareness.

Under the ‘Gelin Tanış Olalım’ (Let’s Get Acquainted) project, participants visited several historical and natural sites, including Doğanbey Village, Karina, and the Priene Ancient City. The program aimed to help newly registered students build social networks, reduce isolation during their first semester, and connect with the region's cultural heritage through guided tours and outdoor activities.

Organizers plan to continue similar excursions throughout the academic year to support students' social and cultural adaptation to university life.
