Dorohoi Cathedral to host inaugural Family Festival

The first edition of the Family Festival will take place on October 4, 2026, in the courtyard of the Dormition of the Mother of God Cathedral in Dorohoi. Organized by the Dorohoi Protopopiat – Pro Vita Office, the event is themed ‘Family. Faith. Community.’ and aims to bring together children, students, parents, grandparents, educators, and local community members.

The festival will feature various workshops and stands, including educational and creative activities from the Educational Center and Catechesis Workshop. Other participants include the ‘Lioarei’ Library, Prospexi Publishing House, and ATOR Dorohoi. Activities are expected to include sculpture, beekeeping, painting, and a workshop titled ‘The Taste of Childhood: Grandparents’ Recipes’ to highlight traditional family culinary heritage.
