Dorota Zawadzka responds to Podcastex critique of Supernanny

Dorota Zawadzka, the former star of the TVN program ‘Supernanny’, has publicly responded to a critical retrospective by the creators of the popular podcast ‘Podcastex’, Bartek Przybyszewski and Mateusz Witkowski.

In a two-hour episode discussing the 2006 series, the podcasters analyzed the phenomenon of the Polish version of the British format, which some now view through a more critical lens regarding its parenting methods. Zawadzka reacted to the episode on her social media, criticizing the creators for a lack of professional journalistic workshop and for failing to contact her prior to publication. She stated, ‘I will not say that the statements are taken out of context – because I am the context.’
