JP Performance fans gather in Dortmund amid legal investigations

Hundreds to thousands of supporters gathered in Dortmund on Saturday to show solidarity with YouTuber and tuning entrepreneur Jean Pierre Kraemer, known as JP Performance. The demonstration follows Kraemer’s announcement that he would withdraw from his 18 companies, which include workshops, a museum, and a restaurant.

The gathering comes amid legal scrutiny. Kraemer admitted to physical violence against his partner, influencer Julia Meck. While initial investigations were closed, the Dortmund Public Prosecutor's Office has reopened the criminal proceedings for bodily harm and property damage following a formal criminal complaint filed by Meck’s lawyer.

While some attendees expressed support for Kraemer’s professional legacy, others noted the severity of the allegations. The large crowds caused significant congestion in Dortmund’s city center, requiring intervention from the local regulatory office.
