Dortmund Welcomes New Yangguofu and Niko am Park Restaurants

Dortmund Yangguofu Niko am Park restaurant opening renovation

Yangguofu Dortmund, the successor to the former bona‘me on Kleppingstraße, is set to open soon. Managed by Joan Thich, the venue will serve Malatang prepared using a modular, weight‑based pricing system.

Restaurateur Niko Savvidis has completed an extensive renovation of the former Volksgarten restaurant and hotel, now operating as "Niko am Park". The new establishment is gearing up for its first test night with around 130 reservations. Both openings are part of Dortmund's ongoing restaurant revitalisation.
