Doshisha announces additional sales for ZUTOMAYO collaboration boombox

Doshisha has announced a limited-time additional order period for the SCR-B9(Z) multifunctional boombox, a collaboration model with the musical artist ZUTOMAYO. The additional sales period is scheduled from August 17 to August 31, 2026, exclusively for ZUTOMAYO PREMIUM members via the official ZUTOMAYO MART website.

The collaboration originated from the artist ACAね’s personal use of the standard ORION SCR-B9 model. The special edition features a design inspired by the concept of “introspective cosmic,” utilizing a cream and industrial green color scheme with ZUTOMAYO-themed elements.

Technical specifications of the SCR-B9(Z) include a 20W digital amplifier, a 2-way stereo bass reflex speaker system, and independent controls for bass and treble. The device supports Bluetooth 5.3, AM/FM radio, CD playback, and USB/microSD MP3 playback. It also includes a cassette deck with a full-auto stop mechanism and can be powered by eight D-cell batteries for outdoor use.
