Doshisha University wins key victory against Ritsumeikan University

Doshisha University's soft baseball team secured a critical 3-1 victory against rival Ritsumeikan University in the Kansai Six University Soft Baseball Autumn League. The match, held at Neyagawa Park First Baseball Field in Osaka, was a low-scoring contest defined by strong pitching.

Doshisha starter Hirota provided a stable performance, while reliever Muranaka successfully navigated high-pressure situations, including a bases-loaded threat in the fourth inning. The decisive moment came in the third inning when Obara hit a two-run home run to the right field stands, overturning an early deficit. This win brings Doshisha closer to clinching the autumn league championship.
