Dosquebradas implements over 9,400 meters of road signaling

The municipality of Dosquebradas has completed more than 9,400 linear meters of road signaling between 2025 and the current period of 2026. This includes 6,211 meters executed during 2025 and 3,227 meters in 2026, covering 30 different neighborhoods and sectors.

Led by the Secretariat of Transit and Mobility, the initiative focuses on horizontal demarcation to restore visibility in areas where pavement markings had deteriorated or disappeared. The project aims to organize traffic and reduce risks for drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists, and pedestrians. Yeison Palacio, the Secretary of Transit and Mobility, stated that the priority is to ensure clear signals to organize mobility and decrease risk situations under the direction of Mayor Roberto Jiménez.
