DoubleTree by Hilton to open 100-room hotel in Parramatta

DoubleTree by Hilton is set to open a 100-room hotel in Parramatta by the fourth quarter of 2028. The hotel will be part of Deicorp Group’s Cosmopolitan mixed-use project, which includes 597 apartments across two 46-storey towers, as well as retail, commercial, and dining spaces.

Trilogy Hotels has been appointed to operate the hotel under a management agreement with Deicorp. The development is located at 34 Hassall Street, near the Parramatta Light Rail stop and Parramatta Railway Station. The hotel will feature guest rooms ranging from 20 to 45 square metres, an all-day dining restaurant and lounge, 667 square metres of event space, and fitness and wellness facilities.

Hilton Australasia noted that Parramatta’s emergence as Sydney’s second central business district, supported by infrastructure investment and population growth, makes it a strategic location for the brand's expansion in high-demand urban markets.
