Doune Pathé Mbengue holds community event in Medina to honor President Faye

Doune Pathé Mbengue, Director General of the Autonomous Port of Dakar, organized a community day in the Medina district to honor President Bassirou Diomaye Faye. Under the slogan ‘Setal sama gox’, the event focused on cleanliness, civic duty, and urban maintenance.

During the initiative, Mbengue distributed equipment to local youth to support environmental and sanitation efforts in the capital. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming city for upcoming international visitors. Additionally, Mbengue addressed youth employment, noting that President Faye is working on measures to expand opportunities for young people and encouraged them to support the national development project.
