Douzone Bizon and Shin & Kim partner for AI governance

Douzone Bizon and the law firm Shin & Kim (Sejong) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate on AI governance and compliance services. The partnership aims to support companies undergoing AI transformation (AX) by addressing regulatory compliance, security frameworks, and legal risk management.

Under the agreement, Shin & Kim will provide legal expertise in AI regulation analysis, compliance, and risk assessment. Douzone Bizon will handle the technical implementation, including building AI governance and security systems, dashboards, and integrating them with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

The collaboration will initially target the financial sector before expanding into other regulated industries such as healthcare. The goal is to establish a standardized business model for AI governance by combining legal advisory with practical system implementation.
