Dove Cameron releases new single “When in Rome”

Dove Cameron has released “When in Rome,” the first single from her highly anticipated debut studio album. The track, which features an 80s-inspired pop sound and cinematic production, has topped recent music polls with over 71% of the vote.

The song is described as a love letter to her partner, Damiano David, the frontman of the Italian band Måneskin. The accompanying music video, directed by Hannah De Vries, was filmed in Capena, near Rome.

This release follows several previous singles and marks a new chapter in Cameron's music career. She is also scheduled to participate in the “You Are the Reason Tour” across North America this November, which includes performances at Madison Square Garden.
