Dove launches Back Her Game contest for youth sports teams

Dove has announced ‘Back Her Game’, a nationwide search to identify a girls' sports team that prioritizes joy and confidence over winning. Through October 4, adult coaches of girls' teams with players aged 13-18 can enter the contest by sharing videos on Instagram or TikTok that demonstrate how their team fosters a positive environment.

The winning team will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup in Brazil. In partnership with Kylie Kelce, Dove is offering guidance for coaches to support young athletes, including celebrating individual progress and fostering body confidence. To assist with this, the Dove Self-Esteem Project has launched ‘Body Confident Sport’, a free, evidence-based program designed to provide coaches with tools to support girls aged 11-17.
