Dovetail Games announces Train Sim World 7

Dovetail Games has announced Train Sim World 7, which is scheduled for release on September 15, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and the Epic Games Store.

The new installment introduces several new routes and features, including the Miami Airport to Boca Raton line in the United States, the Leeds & Bradford to Skipton & Ilkley route in the United Kingdom, and a route from Nuremberg to Würzburg in Germany featuring the ICE 4.

Key gameplay updates include a new freight transport mode and a live weather feature that reflects real-world conditions. The game aims to be accessible to new players through simplified controls while maintaining full control options for experienced users. Pre-orders are currently available, offering early access five days before the official launch.
