DPE-RN contracts Cebraspe for new Public Defender exam

The Public Defender's Office of the State of Rio Grande do Norte (DPE-RN) has officially contracted Cebraspe to organize its III Public Defender exam. The direct hiring, authorized via a bidding waiver, has an estimated global value of R$ 1,687,380.52.

The selection process is for the position of Substitute Public Defender. The exam will include objective, discursive, and oral tests, as well as a title evaluation. While the specific number of vacancies, registration fees, and exam dates have not yet been released, the selection process is moving into an advanced preparation phase.

Candidates for the role must hold a law degree, be registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), and demonstrate at least three years of legal activity. The initial salary for the position is set at R$ 32,379.22.
