Dr. A. K. Dwivedi’s book on homoeopathy in cancer released in Goa

The book ‘Homoeopathy in Cancer: Supportive & Palliative Cancer Care’, written by senior homoeopathic physician Dr. A. K. Dwivedi, was released during a program in Goa. The release was attended by Goa Governor Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, and Union Minister of State Shripad Yesso Naik.

The book addresses cancer awareness, medical care, and methods to improve the quality of life for patients. During the event, which coincided with the 17th Palliative Cancer Conference, Dr. Dwivedi discussed the importance of addressing symptoms such as pain, weakness, psychological stress, and appetite alongside disease treatment.

Medical experts at the conference also emphasized cancer prevention, noting the risks associated with tobacco, alcohol, and certain chemicals. They advocated for early detection, timely screening, and healthy lifestyles to mitigate cancer risks.
