Dr. Groot expands into 424 Sephora stores across the United States

LG Household & Health Care has expanded the presence of its premium scalp care brand, Dr. Groot, by launching 14 product types across 424 Sephora offline stores in the United States. This move follows a successful online launch in March and a limited offline pilot in 90 stores in May.

The brand will occupy prominent retail spaces, including end-caps and dedicated ‘K-Hair’ sections. Key products include the ‘Scalp Revitalizing Solution’ line, featuring hair thickening shampoo, miracle in-shower treatment, and a roll-on serum that has already ranked highly in Sephora’s scalp treatment category during its pilot phase.

To support the expansion, the company is implementing marketing initiatives such as social media collaborations with influencer Bretman Rock and pop-up events in New York and Los Angeles scheduled for early September. Dr. Groot also maintains a presence in North American Costco locations and has seen a 153% year-on-year revenue increase on Amazon during the first half of the year.
