DR launches new travel program ‘Ukendt makker – Ukendt land’ in South Korea
DR has premiered a new travel competition series titled ‘Ukendt makker – Ukendt land’, which pairs five young and five older Danish participants for an adventure in South Korea. The contestants travel without prior knowledge of their travel partners, their specific destination, or the fact that they will be competing against one another.
The program explores intergenerational dynamics as participants navigate Korean culture and complete various challenges, such as eating silk larvae. One notable pairing features 70-year-old Jørn Mogensen, a cancer survivor from Thisted, and 21-year-old Nada Guled from Copenhagen. The series aims to examine how individuals from vastly different life stages and backgrounds collaborate and function as a team.
