The Indian Medical Association (IMA) honored Dr. Navin Dang, founder and chairman of Dr. Dangs Lab, with its Lifetime Achievement Award during the IMA Doctors' Day 2026 programme in New Delhi. The award, presented by Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, recognised Dr. Dang’s four‑decade contribution to modern medical practice and diagnostic medicine in India. He was one of five recipients, alongside Dr. C. P. Thakur, Dr. S. Rajasekaran, Dr. Bharat Agrawal and Dr. A. K. Patel, and also received a commemorative "Mark of Honour" from the IMA.
